MAHAK Nowruz charity bazaar was held on February 26 \u2013 27, 2015 serving more than 5000 visitors. There were nearly 50 stalls offering international and domestic cuisine, international cocktails, ice creams, cakes, salads, accessories, t-shirts, shawls and scarves, make up, balloons, candles, toys, music, Hafez poetry, and vibrant plants among other things. There also was a stall presenting complimentary MAHAK newsletters and brochures to the attendees.<\/div>\n

\u201cSalamati\u201d, MAHAK\u2019s One and Only Concern<\/strong><\/div>\n
One interesting item of this festival was decorating the hall by the elements of Nowruz, Haft-Seen. Symbolizing arrival of spring as described below along with MAHAK\u2019s personal touch, adding \u201cSalamati\u201d as our eighth and the most important element:<\/div>\n
Salamati: health<\/div>\n
Sumac (crushed spice of berries): For the sunrise and the spice of life<\/div>\n
Senjed (sweet dry fruit of the lotus tree): For love and affection<\/div>\n
Serkeh (vinegar): For patience and age<\/div>\n
Seeb (apples): For health and beauty<\/div>\n
Seer (garlic): For good health<\/div>\n
Samanu (wheat pudding): For fertility and the sweetness of life<\/div>\n
Sabzeh (sprouted wheat grass): For rebirth and renewal of nature<\/div>\n

Up, Up and up we go: Molfix and its presence at MAHAK<\/strong><\/div>\n
At end of this year MAHAK had 2000 new and extraordinary visitors; Molfix Balloons. MAHAK\u2019s vision to run hope, raise a smile and emphasizing on cancer is not the end, came alive with 2000 colorful balloons floating in the skies of Tehran and DarAbad. \u00a0The happiness expressed on the faces of hundreds of MAHAK children was as palpable as the exceptional blue sky in Tehran on that day.<\/div>\n

In addition to thousands of visitors, just like previous bazaars, well-known celebrities also attended this event in order to show their love and support for the children of MAHAK. MAHAK is fortunate to enjoy the support of all the strata of society including well- known artists and athletes who not only actively support cancer-stricken children but also make them happy by their sheer presence and support.<\/div>\n

Revenue Generated by Bazaar<\/strong><\/div>\n
The Bazaar managed to raise 7.900.099.383 Rials, which as always will be spent on medication and treatment of children with cancer.<\/div>\n

MAHAK fully appreciates all the kindness and support benevolent members and volunteers selflessly provide which, through these types of activities, help children remain children, giving them hope and conviction, preventing them from becoming reclusive, and thus assisting them in maximizing their chances for recovery and returning to normal life afterwards.<\/div>\n
