The 5th International Corporate Social Responsibility Congress<\/strong><\/div>\n

The 5th International Corporate Social Responsibility Congress will be held on February 25, 2019 on the occasion of the International Day of Childhood Cancer (ICCD) with the themes of “Planning Models, Implementation Models and Reporting Standards”.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
MAHAK, in addition to accomplishing its mission in supporting cancer-stricken children and in line with promoting the idea of helping others as one of the outlines of its vision statement, considers itself responsible towards the society and the capacities of civil participation which make possible the provision of health care and support services to children with cancer. On the same basis, by organizing and holding such a specialized event on Corporate Social Responsibility, MAHAK strives to enhance its performance and exchange experiences in the field of CSR and empower other alike organizations. In the same vein, MAHAK has organized and held four CSR congresses in 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The first CSR congress was held at MAHAK focusing on corporate social responsibility initiative with the concern for supporting children with cancer. In this Congress, academic topics such as the history of CSR in Iran and the roles of economic enterprises in shaping this concept were raised. The second congress, which focused on “corporate social responsibility and childhood cancer”, was held in February 2013, as well as the third and fourth congresses, respectively, with the themes of “Sustainable Development” and “Practical Experiences in Civil Society” in February 2015 and 2017. The target groups of the 5th International CSR congress will be the industry leaders, chambers of commerce, business entities, representatives from government, policy makers, university professors and students in the field of management and economics, senior managers and experts, private and governmental companies active in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility along with international cancer-centric organizations and NGOs.<\/div>\n
