This department works closely with the public to identify the organization\u2019s strengths and weaknesses, which are then taken into account when implementing projects designed to achieve MAHAK\u2019s goals and provide services in a sustainable way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"1081\">Established in 2009, the department is responsible for collecting and analyzing public opinion and gathering feedback and constructive suggestions to continuously improve service delivery at both the charity and the hospital. Reporting directly to the Managing Director\u2019s Office, it ensures accountability to all stakeholders. By consistently identifying more effective methods of operation, the department enables managers and decision makers to better prioritize goals and allocate resources for maximum impact.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1275\">MAHAK\u2019s vision is to rank among the world\u2019s top five NGOs.
