This department is divided into three key sub-areas:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"223\" data-end=\"605\">\n<h3 data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"642\">1. Processes and Systems<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"814\">This area is responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining the organization\u2019s processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"814\">\n<h3 data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"860\">2. Project Management and Control<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1044\">This field is responsible for transforming the organization\u2019s strategic plans into actionable operational projects and overseeing the implementation and progress of these projects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1044\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1077\">3. Quality Assurance<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1500\">The Quality Assurance area monitors and controls the organization\u2019s key performance indicators (KPIs). One of the most important KPIs is the Stakeholder Satisfaction Index, which is measured through ongoing surveys of key stakeholders, including patients and their families, donors, suppliers, volunteers, and other partners.
