One of the key governing bodies at MAHAK is the Board of Trustees<\/strong>, which plays a vital role in guiding the organization through collective wisdom and public fundraising.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, MAHAK\u2019s founders placed great importance on collaborating with experts and trustees from the fields of industry, economics, and medicine. Their vision has been to establish MAHAK as a leading organization in the region, strengthened by innovative ideas and professional expertise.<\/p>\n

The members of the Board of Trustees voluntarily dedicate their time and knowledge alongside their professional careers. Their service reflects a strong sense of social responsibility and commitment to improving the lives of children with cancer.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees<\/h3>\n

According to MAHAK\u2019s Articles of Association, the Board of Trustees is responsible for:<\/p>\n

    Determining the annual action plan of the organization<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Electing the main and alternate members of the Board of Directors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Appointing the legal inspector<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ratifying any changes or revisions to the Articles of Association<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Approving the dissolution of the association if necessary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Enacting regulations on the use of revenues and budget allocation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Approving proposals to strengthen the organization\u2019s financial capacity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Selecting the newspaper for publishing the official gazette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
