Established by UNESCO in 1966, this year\u2019s theme, <em>\u201cLiteracy for people, the planet, and prosperity,\u201d<\/em> underscores that education is a fundamental human right and a critical foundation for a sustainable, just society.<\/p>\n<p>At MAHAK, we translate this global mission into daily practice. We are proud of our dedicated team of volunteer teachers who provide instruction to hospitalized children unable to attend regular school.
