MAHAK pediatric cancer treatment hospital has strengthened its emergency preparedness measures to ensure the continuity of essential medical and support services for children with cancer amid heightened uncertainty and challenging security conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following two periods of war and the difficult circumstances that followed, MAHAK continues to continue and navigate its activities in an increasingly complex environment.<\/p>\n

Recognizing the possibility of temporary disruptions to internet access and communication networks in the following weeks, MAHAK has activated its Crisis Management Committee and placed its hospital on heightened operational readiness. Medical, administrative, and support teams are working in coordination to maintain essential treatment services, safeguard patients and their families, and respond effectively to any emerging challenges.<\/p>\n

Strengthening Crisis Management and Operational Preparedness<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of its crisis preparedness framework, MAHAK has established a comprehensive emergency response protocol addressing potential disruptions to critical national infrastructure, including electricity, water, gas, and fuel supplies.<\/p>\n

The protocol outlines a structured, four-phase response plan designed to maintain essential healthcare services while adapting hospital operations to the availability of resources and the clinical needs of patients.<\/p>\n

Through this coordinated approach, MAHAK aims to strengthen its capacity to respond to evolving emergencies while safeguarding the quality and continuity of essential pediatric cancer care.<\/p>\n

Building a Sustainable Model of Healthcare Delivery in Times of Crisis<\/strong><\/p>\n

MAHAK’s experience in navigating successive crises has reinforced the importance of integrating risk management and operational resilience into its long-term institutional strategy.<\/p>\n
