Commemorating Iranian National Doctor’s Day

On the occasion of Iranian National Doctor’s Day, a number of MAHAK cancer survivors along with volunteers and social workers paid a visit to various hospitals cooperating with MAHAK in Tehran and appreciated the pediatric hematologists-oncologists for their sense of kindness and responsibility.MAHAK children, who had been making themselves ready from a week before to appreciate the physicians’ devotion, on the occasion of National Doctor’s Day, surprised the doctors on their daily check-up with presenting them a painting on a canvas illustrating them during one of their daily ward rounds.
The presence of MAHAK cancer survivors at different hospitals during this visit was an approval for MAHAK’s motto of ‘Cancer Is Not the End’.
During the past quarter-century of activity, MAHAK is always confident in physicians’ and specialists’ commitment as one of the main pillars of providing effective and efficient treatment services to MAHAK children which has resulted in the remission of over 5000 children suffering from cancer. We all hope for a day that all cancer-stricken children around the world will have a great farewell to cancer.
