The public relations unit, is responsible for managing the organizations reputation and relationships with stakeholders. It is obliged to proactively define effective communication and information programs in relation to ambiguity and questions that may rise in the minds of the audience, and by keeping all communication methods dynamic, regarding what is going on under the roof of MAHAK, and regarding how donations from philanthropists are converted into services.

In order to review its activities, this unit always participates in different evaluations such as Web Festival and Public Relations Festival and has won honors in different periods of these festivals.
