As a matter of necessity, the Human Resources department (HR) plays crucial role for advanced, great, developing organizations. HR is responsible to provide a synergistic atmosphere for organizational activities by changing the attitude of the employees and creating companionship and empathy in them and relying on defined responsibilities, processes and implementation methods.

Human resource is one of the most valuable fortunes of the organization. With the cooperation of staff, organizations can support the aim of realization of strategic plans and achievement of mission and vision statements. MAHAK regards its employees as human capital; and it means that MAHAK identifies their talent, and strives to fulfill and improve their potential.

MAHAK is constantly trying to empower its staff by improving their knowledge and skills and by inspiring more than 800 of its personnel. MAHAK’s HR department is Planning and codifying a comprehensive training system of employees to inspire them and create a sense of loyalty.
