Mission

The International Development & Communications Department at MAHAK works to build, strengthen, and sustain global partnerships while communicating MAHAK’s mission, impact, and values to international audiences. Our mission is to expand MAHAK’s global presence, develop strategic collaborations, and ensure transparent, effective communication with partners, institutions, and supporters worldwide.

What We Do

As the central unit responsible for MAHAK’s international outreach and strategic development, our department focuses on two core pillars:

International Development

• Building long-term partnerships with international NGOs, academic institutions, donor organizations, and healthcare networks
• Coordinating joint initiatives in research, capacity building, and knowledge exchange
• Identifying and developing international opportunities that enhance MAHAK’s services and global visibility
• Supporting the development and submission of proposals, grant applications, and collaborative programs aligned with MAHAK’s strategic goals
• Organizing capacity‑building sessions for MAHAK’s medical teams to introduce leading international organizations, global pediatric oncology networks, and membership‑based institutions that shape standards in childhood cancer care.

International Communications

• Managing MAHAK’s external communication with global stakeholders and partners
• Preparing high-quality English content for websites, publications, reports, and media
• Representing MAHAK in international forums, conferences, and professional networks
• Ensuring consistent, transparent, and mission-driven messaging across all international channels

Our Global Engagement

Through sustained collaboration with international organizations and professionals in the field of pediatric oncology and humanitarian support, MAHAK strengthens its alignment with global standards. Our department facilitates MAHAK’s active participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives, international events, and multilateral partnerships that promote innovation, evidence-informed practice, and equitable access to care.
