Auditor

According to articles of association, MAHAK’s auditor has the following authorities and responsibilities:

The general assembly of board of trustees elects a main as well as an alternative auditor at the time of approving annual balance sheet for a period of one year. These auditors are elected from among the said board or from out of it.
At the end of March, the auditor reviews all the organization’s financial reports and operations during the past 12 months. No later than the first of June, the auditor should deliver his/her annual report on this topic to the general assembly of board of trustees.
The auditor is authorized to refer to books and financial documents as well as to obtain CEO and board of directors’ statements in the process of preparing the report
To prepare the report, the auditor may use the services offering from audit firms. The permission will be issued from board of trustees.
