A Historic Run for MAHAK

Aboozar Amooe, a prominent athlete and multiple record holder demonstrated his love and support for MAHAK children by running from Milad tower to MAHAK hospital.  This sprint took place on March 13th, 2014, with a start time of 10:09 AM.  After an hour and 38 minutes, he arrived at MAHAK hospital greeted by a cheering crowd of MAHAK children along with their parents and staff.

Before the start, Mr. Amooe decided to shave his head as a sign of compassion and kindness toward MAHAK children.  Upon arriving at MAHAK, he was guided to the emergency ward in order to have some private time for hard-earned rest.  He then joined a ceremony which was held regarding his historic run.  Mr. Amooe during the ceremony dedicated his certificate marking this run to MAHAK children.  The children also showed their appreciation by giving him flowers and a painting which had been crafted by them.  At the final moments of the ceremony, Mr. Amooe alongside his entourage decided to visit multiple sections of MAHAK hospital.

MAHAK appreciates the love and humanitarian act of this athlete and all those who undertake similar acts thus demonstrating a deep sense of appreciation for humanitarian values and understanding the impact one gesture by one person can have on multiple others.
