Barana Music Festival in Support of MAHAK Children

The festival of ‘Barana Music Nights’ was organized on August 11-19 in Tehran, at Niavaran Palace with the presence of numerous artists and benefactors allocating 5 percent of its ticket sales to MAHAK children.
This seven-night festival was so cherished by the audience due to the performance of well-known artists like Loris Tjeknavorian, the family Ensemble of Kamkars, Shahrdad Rohani, Shams Ensemble, Spanish guitarist Antonio Rey and Fusion performances by Pallette Band and the alternative rock band Comment together with Damahi Ensemble.
At the press conference that was held on the occasion of this festival, the CEO of MAHAK, Arasb Ahmadian, referred to the artists’ companionship towards MAHAK which represents their trust and the social capacity of Iranian society and said: “the bond between charitable activities and art will be more fortified by organizing such joint events which not only creates a night full of joy and happiness for the art lovers but also an opportunity for them to experience a kind of social participation.”
MAHAK appreciates the philanthropic cooperation of all benefactors and artists who never refuse to be alongside the children with cancer en route their treatment process through sharing their art, credit and popularity. MAHAK hopes with your companionship and support to spread the sense of helping other humans and ensures that no child with cancer will be ever refused treatment due to insufficient financial means.
