Board of Directors:

One of the main governing roles to manage MAHAK is utilizing the collective wisdom and Public fundraising. The members of this board are those volunteers who lead the organization to fulfill its goals.

According to article of associations, board of directors are authorized and responsible for all executive affairs of the organization, except those that are in the exclusive competence of board of trustees.

1- Determining the chair of board of directors among the board members

2- Designating the chief executive officer from among the members of the board or outside it and determining the limits of authorities, responsibilities and duties for this position

3- Delegating all or part of their responsibilities and authorities to CEO

4- Being the legal representatives of the organization before third parties, judicial and administrative authorities

5- Hiring, dispositioning, and dismissals of the employees

6- Implementing the made decisions by board of trustees in general assembly meetings

7- Maintaining the properties and updating property’s list

8- Filing civil and criminal lawsuits and responding to them if any

9- Drafting required regulations on utilizing revenues and budget allocation to set goals and send them to board of trustees for approval

10- Preparing board of directors’ annual balance sheet and performance reports to send to board of trustees for approval

11- Inviting and managing the meetings of board of directors are with the chairman of the board as well as inviting general assembly for the meetings if required
