One of the main governing roles to manage MAHAK is utilizing the collective wisdom and Public fundraising.

In this approach, MAHAK’s founders have put the great attention to cooperate with experts and trustees in the fields of industry, economics and medicine to fulfill the goal as being a great organization in the region through creative ideas. The board of trustees’ members have accepted this position and the responsibility voluntarily beside their professional career. According to article of associations, responsibilities of Board of Trustees are as follows:

• Determining the annual action plan of the organization
• Electing the main as well as alternative members of board of directors and
• Appointing the legal inspector
• Ratifying any changes or revising in article of association
• Ratifying dissolution of the association
• Enacting required regulations on utilizing revenues and budget allocation to goals
• Approving the proposals to strengthen the organization’s financial capacity
• Choosing the newspaper for publishing the official gazzette
