The World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) is observed August 1-7, 2016 with the theme of ‘Key to Sustainable Development’. On the occasion of this week, MAHAK would like to appreciate individuals and organizations concerned with the nourishment, growth, and support of breastfeeding worldwide; the ones who put their efforts on raising awareness and babies’ chances of living a healthy life all over the world.MAHAK, as an organization who concerns about well-being of children for over 25 years, strives to institutionalize the culture of breastfeeding between MAHAK mothers and their families to bring not only happiness, security and higher physical immunity for the child but also health benefits for mothers themselves through breastfeeding their child.
