Dedicating Marathon Medal to MAHAK Children

Receiving medals is the greatest achievement every athlete dreams about and endeavors to gain; much worthier if they do not forget caring for other human beings above and beyond attempting for their professional goals.

Mr. Rahim Ghahremani, the marathoner from Alborz Province, who achieved seventeenth place among twenty thousand participants in Istanbul Marathon Championships, acted as supporter of MAHAK children introducing the objectives and activities of this organization.

As a member of Calligraphers Association of Alborz Province, Mr. Ghahremani besides participating in these competitions presented his message of friendship and peace to attendees on some recycled plastic plates which were transformed to calligraphy art crafts by his hands with poems of Sa’di in English and Persian printed on them.  MAHAK’s logo and website address were written on his artistic works as well and some MAHAK brochures were distributed.

Rahim Ghahremani came to MAHAK in December and dedicated his participation medal, one of the most valuable items in his life, to MAHAK children.
