First Conference on ‘Pediatric Pain Medicine’

In line with its mission to disseminate gained knowledge and experience in specialized fields to specialists and similar organizations, MAHAK Specialized Hospital & Research Center regularly conducts conferences and other knowledge sharing programs in order to contribute to the improvement of the quality of therapeutic and general medical services in support of children suffering from cancer.

In this vein, the very first conference on ‘Pediatric Pain Medicine’ was held in MAHAK on November 14 – 15, 2012.

This gathering was held in cooperation with the ‘Iranian Association of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology’ and university professors of medical faculties. For medical professionals and paramedics, attending this conference had the additional benefit of earning them certified retraining accreditation.

MAHAK’s ever-expanding family hopes to continuously improve the quality of medical and social services in support of children suffering from cancer.
