In-service Training Course on SIOP

During September-October 2024, MAHAK International Department has set up its first Seri of training courses, entitled “SIOP Training Course,” for its hospital and research center’s physicians, experts and specialists.

The course served as a great platform for knowledge sharing and it aimed to acquaint MAHAK professionals with the features and opportunities provided by International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOP). Currently, MAHAK has 17 active membership at SIOP platform.

SIOP Training Course was held in 8 weeks and covered the following topics:

1. Review of programs, courses, grants and awards offered by SIOP
2. Introduction to methods of accessing information related to past, ongoing and future congresses, in a comprehensive and complete manner
3. Ways of accessing files and archives of lectures
4. Practicing the process of completing and activating the profiles of members in details
5. Introducing the methods of communication with other members and experts through personal SIOP profiles
6. Elaboration on how to use personalized URLs on specialized platforms such as SIOP

The course concluded with presenting SIOP official certificate to participants, as well as MAHAK International Department testimonial, as a reminder of their valuable efforts and presence.

“SIOP Training Course” marks the initiative planned by MAHAK International Department in collaboration with our global partners at health industry, intending to achieve inter-organizational milestones, through intra-organizational collaborations.
