MAHAK Charity Institute proudly joins the global community in observing International Childhood Cancer Day (ICCD) 2026, a significant annual campaign dedicated to raising awareness of childhood cancer and advocating for equitable access to care for all children affected by this disease.
In 2026, ICCD marks the third and final year of the ICCD 2024-2026 campaign, which has progressively moved from identifying challenges to inspiring action, and now to “Demonstrating Impact: From Challenge to Change.” This year’s focus highlights measurable progress and real-world results achieved through collective global efforts to improve childhood cancer care and reduce inequalities.
As an active member of the global Childhood Cancer International (CCI) network, MAHAK reaffirms its enduring commitment to supporting children with cancer and their families, and to amplifying efforts for awareness, early diagnosis, and access to quality care. MAHAK’s work aligns with the campaign’s mission to showcase how collaboration among healthcare professionals, patient advocates, caregivers, and civil society organizations can translate challenge into meaningful change.
International Childhood Cancer Day remains a powerful reminder that every child, regardless of where they live, deserves the highest attainable standard of care, support, and opportunity for a healthy future. On this day, MAHAK stands in solidarity with children and adolescents with cancer worldwide and encourages communities everywhere to participate, advocate, and contribute to a future where equal access to treatment is a reality for all.
