Ms. Neda Dadkhah, MAHAK manager of Supportive Services Department, has officially announced the launch of the “MAHAK Children Electronic Platform” (CEP). This initiative aligns with MAHAK digital transformation strategy and aims to enhance the delivery of supportive services for children under its care while alleviating the burdens faced by their families.
She explains: for the past thirty-three years, MAHAK charity institute has been dedicated to provide medical and supportive services to children suffering from cancer and their families. COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, underscored the necessity for online services, leading to the development of the MAHAK CEP.
MAHAK CEP provides an appropriate bed granting access to the list of online services that enables families to submit their requests easily and remotely. This in turn facilitates consultations with health professionals, social workers, and psychologists, for children and their families.
