MAHAK’s presence at the first International Conference on Laboratory Equipment and Technologies

MAHAK Charity participated as a non-financial sponsor at the 1st international conference and the 4th national conference of laboratory equipment and technologies on September 11 and 12. Dr. Saeed Haeripour, the laboratory technical manager, presented the latest achievements in laboratory sciences and technologies at MAHAK Hospital. On the sideline of this conference and on the occasion of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM), MAHAK representatives presented at its booth in the exhibition hall to talk about childhood cancer and Go Gold campaign.

Dr. Haeripour gave an introduction on MAHAK and its potential and active capacities in performing related tests to childhood cancer as well as the cooperative projects with other scientific and research centers including laboratories throughout the country in order to improve the quality level of diagnostic services.

Moreover, MAHAK’s booth in the exhibition was also set up near the venue of this scientific event with the aimed to familiarize visitors with the MAHAK Human Leucocyte Antigen (HLA) Typing Bank, present research projects, and involve them in the childhood cancer awareness campaign by receiving gold badges.

In Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, MAHAK appreciates all individuals and organizations that take steps to raise awareness about childhood cancer and those that provide opportunities for knowledge exchange and introduction in line with their social responsibilities. We hope that with the collaboration of all benefactors, the quality of treatment for children with cancer will improve constantly.
