On December 30th, the Management Students’ Association at Sharif University of Technology hosted Dr. Arasb Ahmadian, the CEO of MAHAK Charity. During the event, Dr. Ahmadian emphasized the importance of developing knowledge and management skills within non-governmental organizations.

As a doctoral graduate in management, he stated: “Strategies prove themselves in action when they lead to the execution of strategic plans. Managing large organizations is only possible through the design of knowledge-based management strategies.”

He added that “nowadays, management is not limited to economic and industrial enterprises, but various organizations, including community based organizations benefit from this knowledge. Therefore, the experiences and lessons learned from MAHAK in five courses of designing and implementing its five-year strategic plans can be studied as one of the best practices in this line.”
