Swing into Spring

This year, with celebrating Nowruz at MAHAK, once again the faces of children and their families were decorated by broaden smiles indicating a hopeful joy.

Every year, upon approaching spring, MAHAK children participate in many festivities and celebrations. Like previous years, this event was also full of joy and playful moments. All the children in the DarAbad residential center and oncology wards attended the celebration and with their joyful laughter again conveyed to everyone that ’cancer is not the end’.

We at MAHAK also wish for the day that every child defeats cancer and spreads the herald of Nowruz year after year.  MAHAK fully appreciates all the kindness and support benevolent members and volunteers selflessly provide which, through these types of activities, help children remain children, giving them hope and conviction, preventing them from becoming reclusive, and thus assisting them in maximizing their chances for recovery and returning to normal life afterwards.
