Systems and Methods Department
The Systems and Methods Department is responsible for designing and organizing organizational structures and workflows, planning based on both long-term (strategic) and short-term (operational) goals, monitoring and controlling performance, and identifying factors that can enhance the organization’s overall effectiveness. This department is divided into three key sub-areas:
1. Processes and Systems
This area is responsible for designing, updating, and maintaining the organization’s processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all operations.
2. Project Management and Control
This field is responsible for transforming the organization’s strategic plans into actionable operational projects and overseeing the implementation and progress of these projects.
3. Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance area monitors and controls the organization’s key performance indicators (KPIs). One of the most important KPIs is the Stakeholder Satisfaction Index, which is measured through ongoing surveys of key stakeholders, including patients and their families, donors, suppliers, volunteers, and other partners. This ensures that MAHAK consistently meets the expectations and needs of those it serves.
