The heroes of Marzieh’s stories are the great MAHAK family

“To be honest, I didn’t accept this at all until I came to MAHAK and with the help of psychologists, I learned to write a story instead of losing hope. All this time, I wrote my feelings about cancer on paper and finally it became the book you see in my hand”. 17-year-old Marzieh shows her notebook. In it, she wrote the story of a child who tries to achieve her dreams. This child is a symbol of all children with cancer supported by MAHAK. She continues: “I wish to write a book one day for all children with cancer and tell them that cancer is not the end of life and childhood.” A story in which MAHAK and all the members of this big family will be the heroes.”

Marzieh is the 17-year-old daughter of MAHAK and wishes to become a writer in the future. These days, she writes her memoirs of the time she was under the roof of MAHAK and says that the heroes of her story are the members of the great MAHAK family.
