You’ll Always Be Our Hero

Eight-year-old Shahrokh, who was diagnosed with A.L.L in 2009 and became cancer free in 2013, exemplifies the word “hero” more than Batman or Spiderman have ever done, like many other children who battle cancer.

“Professor Vossough used to present all the kids gifts that would make them happy and exhibited her caring wisdom.  Once she gave me a Spiderman doll.  He is now fully recovered and living in my room on a permanent basis, helping me whenever necessary,” he said.

With a spirit no less intent, Shahrokh, our fun-loving hero has beaten his disease and remains cancer free today.
