Paying Tribute to Gabric Diabetes Education Association

On the occasion of National Diabetes Week, marked on November 14-20, MAHAK’s managers visited Gabric Diabetes Education Association to exchange knowledge and experiences with the managers of this association and pay tribute to their activities.The Gabric Diabetes Education Association was established to prevent diabetes by educating and raising awareness along with supporting and motivating diabetic individuals. This association executes educative sessions in regards to proper control of diabetes, understanding the importance of personal administration in diabetic patients, as well as methods of treatment for medical practitioners.
By chanting the slogan of “I Promise”, the managers of MAHAK joined Gabric’s awareness campaign and promised two things: observance of the principles of healthy nutrition and recruitment of more members for this campaign.
By collaborating with other NGOs, MAHAK tries to provide an opportunity to create synergy and cooperation in order to achieve its goal of paving the way for the treatment of children with cancer.
