MAHAK was recognized as the best employer of the year’1390′

In the context of supporting and protecting the rights of employees, the Third National Congress of Employers recognized MAHAK as the best employer of the year ‘1390’. The congress was held on 25 February 2012, with presence of The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, senior managers of Social Security Organization, and Chamber of Commerce.

The criteria to select the best employers of the year are as follows:

• Protect the rights of insured employees based on the real wages
• Pay the insurance premium in time
• Use automation systems to provide and make the lists of insurance premiums and send them out to Administrative Officers of Social Security Organization

Since MAHAK has been always devoting great attention to its human resources as invaluable and key capital thus strive to address their needs, create and increase their sense of well-being.
