From the very beginning, MAHAK’s founders placed great importance on collaborating with experts and trustees from the fields of industry, economics, and medicine. Their vision has been to establish MAHAK as a leading organization in the region, strengthened by innovative ideas and professional expertise.

Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees

According to MAHAK’s Articles of Association, the Board of Trustees is responsible for:

• Determining the annual action plan of the organization

• Electing the main and alternate members of the Board of Directors

• Appointing the legal inspector

• Ratifying any changes or revisions to the Articles of Association

• Approving the dissolution of the association if necessary

• Enacting regulations on the use of revenues and budget allocation

• Approving proposals to strengthen the organization’s financial capacity

• Selecting the newspaper for publishing the official gazette
