Welfare Services for Families

MAHAK understands the difficulty of traveling a long distance for cancer treatment, therefore a particular place is designated as a boarding house for those families who have to travel a long distance to reach MAHAK.In addtion other facilities are provided for children with cancer and their families such as transportation expenses, education expences and so on.

Some of these welfare services are as below :

• Provision of accommodation for families at two welfare centers with 60 rooms available
• Provision of accommodation for children who have had bone marrow transplantation
• Provision of marginal expenses, including traveling expenses for families with financial problems
• Provision of educational expenses for recovered children as necessary
