During and after treatment, children with cancer may need rehabilitation services to alleviate the complexities arising from the disease or its treatment side effects. Implementing rehabilitation measures significantly reduce the side effects during treatment or even late effects of the disease. In MAHAK, the goal of these efforts is to enable children as well as their parents live a quality life. To reintegrate into social life, it is significantly important for children with cancer to be able to do their daily routines on their own after passing treatment days.
The physiotherapy and occupational therapy ward at MAHAK Hospital was established to treat and diminish cancer side effects for children. In this ward, special treatments have been designed for children and adolescents to help them regain their independency and to ensure a better and more accurate recovery process.
All taken measures at MAHAK aim to maintain the quality of care for MAHAK children. You can also leave a comment full of energy for our children so that they can pass their treatment with more motivation and hope.
