MAHAK International Pediatric Oncology Congress 2024

The International Pediatric Oncology Congress on Multidisciplinary Approach to Common Brain Tumors (4th Memorial of Prof. Parvaneh Vossough) will be held at MAHAK Charity and Hospital on May 15-17, 2024, with the presence of pediatric hematologist-oncologists, neuro-oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, psychologists and social workers and etc.

The theme of this congress is Diagnosis, Treatment, and Late Effects Management. The goal of this congress is to provision deeper insight and knowledge on relevant properties and treatment of common pediatric brain tumors and how to translate it into practice through benefiting national and international well-known specialists in this field. It will be held in three full days comprising different specialized panels and speeches as well as poster presentation;

MAHAK, as the only specialized center for pediatric cancer in Iran, in addition to accomplishing its mission of providing treatment and support services to cancer-stricken children and their families, considers itself responsible to the society and the capacities of civil. Accordingly, by organizing such a specialized event, gathering pioneers in field of pediatric cancer treatment, and sharing the knowledge and experiences, it strives to eases the accessibility of scientific knowledge to all care givers working across the country and ultimately realize its goal of “treatment for all”.
