The 1st International Congress on Cancer and Stem Cell Biomedicine (ICCSB) was held on 28-29 November, 2024, in Shiraz, Iran.
According to the recent scientific studies and advancements, the key to overcome cancer, is to grasp the biological mechanisms behind this disease and unraveling its complex biology.
These developments suggest that the ultimate solution for cancer treatment lies in the collaboration between clinical and biological-based sciences, leading to a new field referred to as “cancer biomedicine.”
The International Congress on Cancer and Stem Cell Biomedicine aimed to foster interdisciplinary scientific collaboration for developing and implementing the latest cancer treatment procedures. It brought together leading health professionals, clinical experts, and researchers from various biological science fields.
Stem cells are not only considered a cornerstone of modern cancer therapies but also hold promise for treating many other diseases through a regenerative medicine approach. Therefore, this conference had focus on knowledge sharing upon stem cells biomedical advancements.
Due to the significance of the event, as well as MAHAK dedication to follow up the latest innovations and developments in health and science-based technology, MAHAK attended to the congress. MAHAK Comprehensive Research Center in collaboration with MAHAK HLA Typing Bank, and MAHAK office at Shiraz, set up a booth to exhibit the related research and HLA bank activities.
Engaging in such scientific events leads to knowledge sharing and fostering collaborations between MAHAK and prominent figures and establishments towards novel biomedical findings at childhood cancer industry.
