MAHAK Commemorates International Mother Language Day 2026

On the occasion of International Mother Language Day 2026, MAHAK Charity Institute joins the global community in recognizing this year’s theme, “Youth Voices on Multilingual Education.” The theme highlights the vital role of young people in shaping inclusive education systems that value linguistic diversity and ensure meaningful participation for all learners.

In today’s rapidly evolving world—marked by migration, technological advancement, and increasing cultural interconnectedness—multilingualism is increasingly recognized as both a social reality and a powerful educational approach. Yet significant disparities remain, with millions of learners worldwide lacking access to education in a language they fully understand.

For children and adolescents affected by cancer, language plays a critical role in maintaining identity, emotional well-being, and continuity of learning.
