MAHAK Honors Physicians on National Doctors’ Day
MAHAK held an internal ceremony on September 1 to honor its physicians and recognize their expertise, dedication, and invaluable contribution to the care and treatment of children with cancer.
The ceremony was held on the occasion of National Doctors’ Day in Iran, which coincides with the commemoration of Avicenna, the renowned Persian physician and scholar. The event brought together MAHAK physicians, senior representatives of the organization, and members of the media.
The ceremony was attended by members of MAHAK’s Board of Directors and Board of Trustees, as well as Dr. Arasb Ahmadian, CEO of MAHAK; Mr. Pourfallah, Member of MAHAK’s Board of Trustees; Dr. Daneshgari, Deputy for Treatment; and Dr. Hadaieh Eslampanah, Director of Public Relations and International Communications.
The program began with a special recognition of MAHAK physicians, acknowledging their professional commitment and the essential role they play in providing specialized and compassionate care to children with cancer.
In their remarks, Dr. Arasb Ahmadian, Dr. Hadaieh Eslampanah, Dr. Daneshgari, and Mr. Pourfallah highlighted different aspects of the physicians’ role at MAHAK and expressed their appreciation for their knowledge, dedication, teamwork, and continued commitment to children with cancer and their families.
Dr. Daneshgari, Deputy for Treatment, also spoke about the challenges involved in providing comprehensive care for children with cancer and emphasized the importance of teamwork, professional expertise, and continued commitment in addressing these challenges.
At MAHAK, physicians are an integral part of a multidisciplinary team working together to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. Their knowledge, experience, and dedication contribute significantly to the quality of medical services provided to children with cancer and their families.
The ceremony also included a press briefing attended by health journalists from several media outlets.
