The 29th International ELECOMP Exhibition provided MAHAK Charity Institute with an opportunity to explore digital transformation from a perspective that goes beyond showcasing technical capabilities. MAHAK’s participation focused on knowledge exchange, engagement in professional discussions, and identifying solutions that can improve how social organizations connect with society and enhance their overall impact.

During the exhibition, Dr. Arasb Ahmadian, CEO of MAHAK Charity Institute, participated in a panel titled “The Role of Digital Transformation in Building Experience, Trust, and Sustainable Engagement.” He spoke about MAHAK’s digital transformation journey, which began with the development of technological infrastructure and has now evolved into a “digital-first” approach.

Within this approach, technology is not viewed merely as a tool for improving internal processes. It also plays an important role in creating more transparent communication with donors, strengthening trust, improving stakeholder experience, and supporting more sustainable forms of engagement.

MAHAK’s presence at ELECOMP also included organizational brand visibility, media coverage of the experience, participation of MAHAK representatives in specialized panels and discussions, and interaction with technology professionals and sector experts.

MAHAK hopes that continuing these conversations and professional exchanges will lead to new collaborations and innovative solutions that can strengthen social impact and support the development of more effective models of engagement between social organizations and the communities they serve.
